I would like to make a very serious complaint against your restaurant. Please know that this complaint will also be filed with the board of health and the better business bureau. I placed an order with La Paz tonight and was extremely disappointed and insulted. First, the order was supposed to come with sides of blue cheese, greek dressing, and buffalo sauce. It clearly states this in your menu - it is not a special request. You forgot them all. When I called and asked if you could bring some over (I'm 5 minutes away), you refused, and finally stated you could in an hour, which was declined.
More importantly, I ordered frozen yogurt with m&ms and found coconut pieces at the bottom. Coconut makes me very sick. When I called to complain again, the manager refused to give me a refund and then HUNG UP ON ME! Places like this should not be in business. You do not take care of or care about your customers.
